What is Pearson eText and Pearson eText for Schools?

Pearson eText and the new Pearson eText for Schools app for Apple iPad(r) allow teachers and students to view their Pearson eText titles on a Mac or PC as well as on a bookshelf on iPad.

With the Pearson eText for Schools app, book content is displayed with the highest quality fidelity to the print and online versions of the textbook. Students and teachers will experience many of the same features available with their browser-based eText, including full-text search, notes manager, support for multimedia content, glossaries, note sharing and many other exciting features which all combine to create dynamic teaching and learning experience.

To access titles:

1. Install the app.

2. If needed, create a new Pearson account for your school or district-based purchases.

3. When prompted to login, enter a valid Pearson username and password.

4. Your bookshelf will display your subscribed titles.

5. For help, contact Pearson Technical Support.

Note: If you receive a message stating "Invalid Username or Password" and you've entered the information correctly, your subscribed titles may not yet be available on iPad.
