This month Pearson is proud to bring you over 270 rigorous, multimedia lessons to NovaNET Bridge. These new lessons will engage your students and provide them with the basic, critical skills they need in order to have a successful high school experience.
Here are some of the details on this exciting new content:
Literature:
One additional unit of Literature, or 36 lessons, offers several new contemporary literary passages and new platform activities that focus on literary response and informational reading.
Math:
Units 1-4 of Basic Math include over 90 new lessons packed with new practice problems and a robust help feature designed to help students become self-sufficient in their practice activities and reduce frustration when they are working through new concepts.
Science:
The new Science content includes five new units: one unit (33 lessons) in Life Science, three units of Earth Science (89 lessons) and one additional unit of Earth Science (24 lessons) to be released in December 2011. Also included in this update is a series of labs called "Hands on Labs" that encourage teacher/student collaboration or allow students to perform experiments at home.
These new lessons are available at no additional charge with your NovaNET Courseware or NovaNET Bridge subscription. You have access to them now so start using them today!
