There are various types of tools within the Product line sections. Some may have forums, others may have Ask an Expert sections.
Forums and Tools
- Require user sign in and netiquette awareness
- Allow the user to post directly to the forum or tool entry
- Are directly monitored by Pearson employees with knowledge of the specific product line
