What is page content?  Here are some examples:

• Files are page content, they are actually attached to a page that represents their Collection Home Page 
• Text is page content, in some collections, there is explanatory text so that the editors did not have to copy and paste the same summary in all the files
• Images are page content, and can be added to any page
• Blogs and News are pages with content, but that is covered in another section
