Navigation by product is a static option on the left. If a user sets their settings to hide unsubscribed to programs, then the programs will not appear.

Middle area is where the content will appear whether product navigation topics, or blog copy, or document and download feeds.

On the right, user tools-for editors the editor page will appear here.
Downloads, Pages and Recent Editions will change with each product line
